Branch Meetings: Held on the second Monday of every month at 7pm (except December and January).
We meet online using the Zoom platform.

Throughout the year we host Guest Speakers presenting a diverse range of topics.

Past Guest Speakers include:

2.  Tender Funerals Tasmania is a not-for-profit funeral service that ensures that those experiencing financial hardship or distress are able to access personalised, meaningful and affordable funerals. Providing community education and empowerment around after death care.

3.  Food Plant Solutions along with program partners, Food Plant Solutions encourages the establishment of food gardens in schools and communities.

We encourage building friendships outside of the group dynamics of Zoom by meeting for brunch or lunch periodically.

We learn handcrafts, traditional and emerging, as well as sharing other subjects of interest.

Some of our craft activities have included:

1.  How to Furoshiki - The Japanese art form of wrapping using cloth

2.  The Heart of Friendship - A Branch project of slow stitching a heart to gift to a fellow member.  Each heart tells the story of the meaning of friendship.
